3 Simple Ingredient Donuts!
Ingredients
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup of flour

1/4 cup blueberry jam
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberry jam & 1 cup of flour. Mix well!
Add to a greased donut pan.
Bake at 350° for 17-20 minutes.
Let them cool & glaze with lemon icing.W
Recipe Note
To make the lemon icing combine 1 cup of powdered sugar & 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Mix well & glaze over donuts.
