Bllueberry ribs! This is an amazing combination not to be missed. Sweet and savory this is a must have at your next game night or BBQ. The glaze made with our incredible blueberry bourbon ginger jam is an absolute game changer! Throw it on your ribs & see for yourself! Your guests will be looking for seconds-- and thirds!
Ingredients

1 cup of Blueberry Bourbon Ginger Jam
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon of tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Spice rub of your choice!
Directions
Mix all ingredients well & get ready to sauce up those ribs!
To make these spare ribs, start by adding a spicy rub all over & let it sit for at least 20 minutes or 4 hours if refrigerated.
Preheat oven to 300° & bake for 1 hour.
Next, take out the ribs & baste hem with the blueberry glaze & bake for another 30 minutes, bast again. Repeat this process 4 times (baking for a total of 2 hours)
Let the ribs sit for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
