Faster than fast, this appetizer will have your tastebuds swooning! Piping hot and ready in 15 minutes, it doesn’t get any easier. Crescent roll dough, prosciutto, brie, and jam- it doesn’t get any simpler. This is a perfect bit of sweet and savory for your next Friday night wine rendezvous. Don’t have an air fryer? Toaster or oven works just fine instead. Our carrot cake jam can substitute well here. No prosciutto? No problem to skip, this will still be quite tasty subbed with another cured meat or omitted if you don’t have onhand.
Ingredients
-
Spiced Fig Jam
Olive Oil, for coating
Brie
Crescent Roll Dough
Prosciutto
Dried Herbs, optional
Directions
Unwrap the crescent roll and lay out the triangles, lengthen if needed.
Fold the prosciutto and lay on the bottom of the triangle.
Cut the brie into rectangles, no larger than the base of the triangle, and place on top of the prosciutto.
Spread a generous spoonful of jam on top of the brie.
Roll the base of the crescent roll from the bottom to the top, gathering the sides so that the cheese, jam, and prosciutto doesn’t fall out.
Baste with olive oil and dried herbs.
Place the stuffed rolls into the airfryer at 320 and cook for 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
